Activity & zone match
We map your activity to the right free zone and licence type — with plain-language trade-offs on cost, emirate, visa count, and activity scope. If Meydan is not the best fit, we recommend an alternative partner zone.

Documents
Passport copies, proposed company name options, business activity selection, and any zone-specific forms — prepared and reviewed before submission to avoid delays.

License
Application submitted through the authorized channel partner portal. Meydan and other partner zones issue licences digitally once approved.
05
Visa
If your package includes residence visas, we coordinate entry permit and Emirates ID steps after licence issuance.
