How to choose an AI development company in Dubai
Ignore the superlative. Open a URL.
Every agency ranking for “AI development company Dubai” claims production AI, PDPL, Arabic, and Vision 2030 in the first screen. Almost none lead with software you can click. Ask for a live product — client or their own — before you ask for a slide on agents.

What “agentic” has to mean in a contract
If the statement of work cannot name the tools, the records the system may change, and the actions that stay behind a human, it is not an agent engagement. It is a chatbot or a retrieval project wearing a 2026 label. That can still be the right product — it is the wrong word.
GCC buyers often need Arabic and English. That is a language surface, not proof of an agent. Bilingual retrieval is usually a chatbot. An agent starts when it must complete a bounded workflow in a system you already run.

FAQ
Are you the best AI company in the UAE?
No, and we will not title a page as if we were. “Best” on this SERP is advertising. Ask for live software, a named owner, and an honest split between chatbot and agent.
Do you work across the GCC or only Dubai?
We deliver from Dubai for clients in the UAE and the wider GCC. The architecture questions — tools, gates, residency — travel. Local licensing and sector rules stay with your counsel in each country.
Can you be listed alongside other AI vendors?
Yes, as a product studio that ships agents and software. We will not pay for a “top 10 AI companies” slot or invent headcount to look like a directory listing.
Do you train custom LLMs?
Usually no. Most UAE products need retrieval, tool use, and evaluation on an existing model — not a private foundation-model programme. If you actually need fine-tuning, we will say so after looking at the data, not in the first slogan.
