How our product development studio works.
What does CoreSpaces IT Services actually do?
We are a product development studio. We build working software end to end — MVPs and prototypes, full-stack web apps, mobile apps, and AI-integrated products — from first prototype to production. Product development is our flagship, with managed support and cloud infrastructure as supporting lines.
Are you an IT support / help-desk company?
No. Most 'IT services' in Dubai means help-desk tickets and vendor coordination. We build the product itself. We do offer ongoing managed support, but for software we (or others) have built — not general office IT support.
Who do you work with?
Software and tech founders who need a product built and shipped, IT consultancies that need overflow delivery capacity or a build partner, and international tech groups that need a Dubai-based delivery team while establishing local presence.
What technologies do you build with?
Our production stack is Next.js and React on the front end, Node and Prisma on the back end, and Postgres (Neon-style) or Supabase for data. For mobile we build native or cross-platform, including on-device and offline-first architectures. For AI we do LLM integration, agentic workflows, and on-device model deployment.
Can you build AI into my product?
Yes — it is a specialism. We build real agent architecture: deterministic logic where it matters and language models where they add value, with a clear boundary between the two. See our AI & Agentic Systems page.
How do you price a build?
We quote each engagement to the work rather than selling a fixed package — usually a fixed-scope build, an iterative retainer, or a lighter support plan. The fastest way to a real number is to tell us what you are building.
Do you offer Employer of Record (EOR) services?
Not yet — EOR is marked coming soon while we finalise the right structure to offer it properly. It is kept entirely separate from our IT Services and does not form part of any current engagement.
Which entity provides these services?
CoreSpaces L.L.C-FZ (Information Technology Consultants activity), licensed through Meydan Free Zone. It is a separate operating entity from CoreSpaces Realty LLC.
