The desk

  • Clinic notes. Initials, what changed, when. No diagnosis is generated.
  • Relocation file. Document, date, missing item. Nothing is filed with an authority.

The screen is one card. Approve or dismiss. No reply draft.

Devices

Flagship Android that can run the extract on the phone. If it cannot, the seat is refused. There is no cloud fallback. iOS is not in this offer.

The store is encrypted and excluded from cloud backup. Export is a file you download. Delete wipes the phone. We do not keep a copy.

Not included

No Play Store launch. No chat assistant. No auto-send. No training on your texts. A tenant you host is a separate engagement.

Week 3 with no named owner, or fewer than 10 phones that can run the extract, stops the pilot. The unused setup is refunded.

Done

A file is read on the device and no network call carries it. Send stays blocked until approval, and the block is in the local log. Export opens without us. Delete leaves nothing on the phone. You sign that note.
