The workflow

Pick one. Send, pay, delete, and file stay behind a person.

  • Invoice intake. Reads the invoice, flags gaps, drafts the booking. Does not pay.
  • Lead triage. Classifies the enquiry, drafts the reply. Does not send.
  • Document pack. Checks a KYC or licence file against a checklist. Does not file.

What you keep

  • A named owner, and the line between what the agent may do and what it must escalate.
  • An evaluation set of 20 to 40 cases, including edge cases. A holdout of 5 is not used to tune the prompt.
  • A failure-mode register.
  • An audit log: trace, actor, tool, decision, outcome. No raw secrets.
  • A rollback walked through on a staged bad action, not only described.
  • A weekly cost cap. Default AED 400 of model spend. Hard stop at 150%. Two hard stops pause the work.

Not included

No model training. No GPU. No data center. No second workflow. No legal opinion. A second system of record is a written change, up to AED 95,000, agreed before the work.

If you cannot name an owner before kickoff, the engagement does not start. Week 3 with no owner ends it, and the unused portion of the kickoff invoice is refunded.

Do you train a model or supply GPUs?

No. The agent uses the model account you already pay for. We do not train, host a model, or rent GPUs.

CoreSpaces L.L.C-FZ, under its IT scope. This is not a brokerage engagement.

Done

The last invoice waits until you have seen all four: the eval set returns pass or fail, a high-risk call is blocked and the block is in the log, the cost stop fires in a test, and rollback is walked through. You sign that note.
