Management Consultancy
Frequently asked questions
How CoreSpaces Management Consultancy works.
What does CoreSpaces Management Consultancy do?
We provide strategic, financial, marketing, HR, and resource-planning advisory, plus corporate expansion project management, for business owners and founders — the kind of structured thinking a growing company needs before it can justify a full-time executive hire.
Who typically engages you?
Founders scaling past the early stage, owner-managed businesses that want a rigorous sounding board, and companies expanding into the UAE that need the move coordinated end to end.
How is this different from a large consulting firm?
You work directly with a principal, not a rotating bench of junior associates, and the work is scoped to your actual situation rather than a template. It is senior attention without the overhead of a big-firm engagement.
Does this include property management?
No. This activity does not cover rental or tenancy property management. It also excludes accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, tax consulting, and legal advice.
Is financial advisory the same as accounting or tax?
No. Financial advisory here is decision-support only — planning, budgeting, and evaluating options. Accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and tax consulting are outside our licensed scope and require a separately licensed provider, which we are happy to point you to.
Is corporate expansion project management part of your business setup service?
No — it is a separate, directly-billed advisory engagement. It coordinates your company's relocation or expansion timeline and is distinct from any free-zone company-formation referral.
How are engagements priced?
The fee model — retainer or project-based — is agreed per engagement based on scope. The best starting point is a short conversation about what you are trying to achieve.
