Activity & zone match
We map your activity to the right free zone and licence type — with plain-language trade-offs on cost, emirate, visa count, and activity scope. If the first option is not the best fit, we recommend an authorized alternative.

Document preparation
Passport copies, proposed company name options, business activity selection, and any zone-specific forms — prepared and reviewed before submission to avoid delays.

Licence issuance
We submit through the relevant authorised partner portal and coordinate authority requests. The free zone issues the licence once its review and approvals are complete.

Visa & bank account coordination
If your package includes residence visas, we coordinate entry permit and Emirates ID steps. We also help prepare for bank onboarding; account approval remains solely with the bank.
