An owner is a person who can say what the agent may do and what it must escalate. A steering committee, a vendor, or a shared inbox is not that person. Kickoff does not start without the name.
This is the rule on the 90-day production engagement. It is not a case study and it is not a claim about anyone else’s delivery.
