CoreSpaces is an independent real estate investment advisory firm based in Dubai. We provide research-led guidance to sophisticated investors — we hold no inventory, and we disclose the developer commission we earn, and its amount, before you commit on every recommendation.
Our approach
We operate as an advisory practice — compensated solely through disclosed developer referral commissions when you proceed with a property we introduce. You pay CoreSpaces nothing directly. Our work spans corridor research, developer due diligence, yield modelling, and mandate-specific strategy. We tell you when a deal does not stack up, even when that is not what you hoped to hear.

We are paid by the developer when you proceed with a property we introduce — a commission we disclose to you, including the amount, before you commit. We do not pretend that incentive does not exist; we put it on the table on every recommendation, and we will tell you when the honest answer is to buy nothing.

Every recommendation is supported by data — micro-market comparables, developer delivery audits, corridor-level yield analysis, and regulatory due diligence. We do not advise on intuition.
