Aldar Properties PJSC is one of the UAE's largest and most diversified real estate developers, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange and headquartered in Abu Dhabi. Aldar has shaped iconic destinations including Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, and Al Reem Island, and in recent years has accelerated its Dubai footprint through a landmark joint venture with Dubai Holding — delivering master communities such as Haven, Athlon, and The Wilds along the E311 and E611 corridors. For FY 2025, Aldar reported UAE development sales of AED 35.5 billion (+25% YoY) across 7,536 units sold and 11 new launches, with a revenue backlog of AED 61.0 billion.
