Overview
Azizi Developments was established in 2007 as part of Azizi Group (founded 1989 by Mirwais Azizi) and has grown into one of Dubai's largest private real estate developers. By the end of 2025, the company had delivered over 45,000 homes to clients from more than 100 nationalities, and currently has approximately 150,000 units under development. Azizi Riviera in MBR City has entered its final handover phase, with 53 of 75 buildings handed over (all of phases 1–3) and the remainder tracking to completions through 2026. Azizi Venice in Dubai South is delivering in phases, with multiple buildings targeting 2026 handover and construction progressing across the wider masterplan. For 2026, Azizi is targeting AED 30 billion in sales with some 22 project handovers and on the order of 5,000 units scheduled for delivery.
