Emaar Properties PJSC is one of the world's most valuable and admired real estate companies. Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Dubai, Emaar has shaped the city's skyline with the Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall, and The Dubai Fountain. The company has delivered over 123,500 residential units globally — including more than 79,000 in the UAE — across communities such as Downtown Dubai, Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Marina, Dubai Creek Harbour, The Valley, and Emaar Beachfront. For 2025, Emaar reported record AED 80.4 billion in property sales (+16% YoY) across 48 new residential launches, with a revenue backlog of AED 155 billion. In June 2026 Emaar announced a new AED 200 billion mixed-use Dubai megaproject — a 4.5 million sq m masterplan designed to house close to 150,000 residents across five zones. Land bank: approximately 618 million square feet.
