Nuvana on Dubai Islands — an eight-storey building of approximately 56 one- to three-bedroom apartments — debuted as the developer's first launch from its Downtown Dubai sales gallery; Seraph, a 16-storey tower in Dubai Land Residence Complex, followed as its second project with in-house delivery via Autolink Contracting. Cybèle (DLRC) and Tresora, a 23-storey mixed-use development in JVC, complete the current four-project pipeline.
